5 Ingredient PB Bars
INGREDIENTS
- 20 arrowroot biscuits
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 200g milk chocolate
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
METHOD
- Blitz the arrowroot biscuits to form a crumb.
- Add the biscuit crumb, peanut butter and honey to a bowl.
- Stir until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
- Melt the chocolate and oil together until smooth, then pour evenly over the base.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Slice and enjoy!
