5 Ingredient PB Bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 arrowroot biscuits
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil

METHOD

  1. Blitz the arrowroot biscuits to form a crumb.
  2. Add the biscuit crumb, peanut butter and honey to a bowl.
  3. Stir until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
  4. Melt the chocolate and oil together until smooth, then pour evenly over the base.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
