We offer two types of 1:1 Coaching below, so you can choose the level of support that best fits your needs, goals, and stage of life.

Sustainable Weight Loss Coaching

with Lily

Ditch the diets, stop stressing the numbers, and make lasting changes that work for you.

What's Included:

Your initial consult will run for 45-60 minutes, where Lily will get to know you and your nutrition habits with a thorough nutrition assessment. Basic nutrition education will also be provided, with a focus on nailing how to build a balanced meal. You’ll be sent away with a food and hunger diary to help you to get in tune with your hunger and fullness cues, while also helping to identify any patterns or habits that may need changing.

Weekly check-ins thereafter will run for 30 minutes, which will include a follow-up nutrition assessment, troubleshooting, assessing progress, answering questions and holding you accountable!

We understand that often you need that extra support and accountability! As such, Lily will be available to answer any of your questions Monday to Friday via a messaging app.

$141/week for 6 weeks. Payment will be taken after each consult.

Binge Eating Coaching

with Abbey

Decrease binge eating, manage urges, enjoy food guilt-free, and find lasting food freedom. 

What's Included:

Your initial consult will run for 60 minutes. Abbey will undertake a thorough nutrition assessment to gain an understanding of your nutrition habits and experience with binge eating. This conversation will be completely free from judgement, criticism and weight talk. Our clinic is a safe space where you will feel comfortable and supported!

Weekly check-ins will run for 30 minutes. These will involve assessing your progress, troubleshooting your binge eating or overeating episodes, overcoming challenges, providing further education and answering questions. These check-ins will work through the pattern of implementing regular eating, building balanced meals, challenging fears or rules and moving towards feeling safe around all foods.

We understand that often you need that extra support and accountability!

As such, Abbey will be available to answer any of your questions Monday to Friday via Recovery Road, an app that encourages self-monitoring, communication and collaboration. Here, Abbey will check your logs daily, answer any questions and offer support. We guarantee a reply within 24 hours.

$155/week for 6 weeks. Payment will be taken after each consult.
