Abbey is passionate about helping women find food freedom and embrace intuitive eating. She loves zipping to the beach on her red moped and baking dessert. She’ll most likely tell you about her latest creation in every session!
Binge Eating Coaching
What's included?
You’ll kick things off with a 60 minute chat, where Abbey will get to know you, hear about your journey with food so far, and explore your goals moving forward. This conversation is relaxed, supportive, and completely free from judgement. During this session, Abbey will also set you up on Recovery Record, a self-monitoring app that provides a safe space to track your progress and stay connected throughout the 6 weeks of coaching.
Your weekly check-ins are 30 minutes with Abbey, where you’ll reflect on your progress, work through any binge or overeating episodes, tackle challenges, celebrate wins, and plan for the week ahead. Abbey will provide guidance, share practical strategies, answer your questions, and make sure you feel fully supported.
We know that extra support and accountability can make all the difference. Abbey is available Monday to Friday through Recovery Record, an app for self-monitoring and easy communication. She’ll check your logs daily, answer your questions, and provide guidance in between your weekly appointments, so you always feel supported.
The coaching program is $155 per week for 6 weeks, with payment taken after each weekly appointment.
