Abbey is our Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. She is passionate about helping women find food freedom and eat intuitively. If given the chance to choose her last meal on Earth, it would be a saucy curry with coconut rice and naan bread, finished off with a chocolate brownie.

Lily is our sustainable weight loss, gut health and women’s health dietitian. She is passionate about helping women achieve their nutrition goals in a realistic and balanced way. Her perfect meal would be spaghetti bolognese topped with parmesan cheese, followed by a big slice of chocolate cake.
