Lily is our sustainable weight loss, gut health and women’s health dietitian. She is passionate about helping women achieve their nutrition goals in a realistic and balanced way.
Non weight focused weight loss coaching
Weekly sessions with your dietitian (Lily) via video or telephone at only $130 per week.
Your initial consult will run for 45-60 minutes, where I will get to know you and your nutrition habits with a thorough nutrition assessment. Basic nutrition education will also be provided, with a focus on nailing how to build a balanced meal. I’ll send you away with a food and hunger diary to help you to get in tune with your hunger and fullness cues, while also helping to identify any patterns or habits that may need changing.
Weekly check-ins thereafter will run for 30 minutes, which will include a follow-up nutrition assessment, troubleshooting, assessing progress, answering questions and holding you accountable!
To best help you on your journey to find your healthy weight, we will work together to develop you a flexible meal plan. This will aid in increasing your nutrition knowledge and food variety, while also guiding you with appropriate portion sizes and balanced choices.
We understand that often you need that extra support and accountability! As such, Lily will be available to answer any of your questions Monday to Friday via a messaging app.
$130/week for 6 weeks. Payment will be taken after each consult.
