Sustainable weight loss coaching
What's included?
You’ll kick things off with a 45–60 minute chat, where Lily will get to know you, learn about your nutrition habits, and explore your goals moving forward. This session is relaxed, supportive, and completely free from weight talk. During the consult, Lily will provide a pre-made meal guide, set you up with a self-monitoring food diary, and connect with you on WhatsApp for support and accountability throughout the week.
Your weekly check-ins are 30 minutes with Lily, where you’ll review your progress, reflect on your food diary, troubleshoot challenges, celebrate wins, and plan for the week ahead. Lily will provide guidance, answer your questions, and offer practical strategies to help you stay on track and feel fully supported.
In the first few weeks, you’ll focus on setting achievable goals and building healthy habits. From weeks 3-6, you can choose topics to explore, such as emotional eating, reading food labels, finding healthy recipes, or anything else relevant to your journey.
We know that extra support and accountability can make all the difference. Lily is available Monday to Friday via WhatsApp to answer your questions, offer guidance, and keep you on track between your weekly appointments.
The coaching program is $141 per week for 6 weeks, with payment taken after each weekly appointment.
