Lily is our sustainable weight loss, gut health and women’s health dietitian. She is passionate about helping women achieve their nutrition goals in a realistic and balanced way.
Non weight focused weight loss coaching
What's included?
Your initial consult will run for 45-60 minutes, where I will get to know you and your nutrition habits with a thorough nutrition assessment. See below what else will be included:
- Basic nutrition education
- Connecting with you over WhatsApp
- Pre-made meal guide with options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks
- Self monitoring food diary to build awareness
- Homework based off building a balanced meal
Weekly check-ins thereafter will run for 30 minutes, which will include a follow-up nutrition assessment, troubleshooting, assessing progress, answering questions and holding you accountable!
- Week 2: going over your food diary, trouble shooting and setting an exercise goal
- Week 3 – 6: going over your food diary, trouble shooting and covering a topic of your choice (i.e. emotional eating, food label reading, finding recipes online etc)
To best help you on your journey to find your healthy weight, I will send you away with a pre-made balanced meal guide. This will aid in increasing your nutrition knowledge and food variety, while also guiding you with appropriate portion sizes and balanced choices.
We understand that often you need that extra support and accountability! As such, Lily will be available to answer any of your questions Monday to Friday via a messaging app.
$139/week for 6 weeks. Payment will be taken after each consult.
