Choc Top M&M Bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup M&Ms

TOPPINGS:

  • 50g milk chocolate
  • 1/3 cup M&Ms

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Combine all cookie ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Press into a lined square baking dish.
  4. Bake for ~25 minutes or until slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and leave to harden.
  6. Melt the chocolate and spread over the base.
  7. Top with the M&M’s and refrigerate to set.
  8. Cut into bars and enjoy!
