Choc Top M&M Bars
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup M&Ms
TOPPINGS:
- 50g milk chocolate
- 1/3 cup M&Ms
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Combine all cookie ingredients in a bowl.
- Press into a lined square baking dish.
- Bake for ~25 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and leave to harden.
- Melt the chocolate and spread over the base.
- Top with the M&M’s and refrigerate to set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
