These online modules will be made available to you upon enrolling in the course. We highly recommend that the nutrition education modules be completed in order over a minimum of 4 weeks. This gives you the time and opportunity to put in place the strategies from the weekly module content and complete the weekly homework and workbook activities. To give yourself the time to make positive and sustainable change, we recommend completing 1 module and the accompanying workbook activities each week.
