Making Friends with Food
What's included?
A new nutrition education video will be made available each week. These modules will be released in an order specifically designed and proven to best help you improve your relationship with food. See below for the module content breakdown.
Each week, you will gain access to new workbook questions and activities. These have been developed to encourage self-reflection, increased awareness of your eating behaviours and to assist you in putting that week’s learnings into practice.
Exclusive Clean Kweens downloadable content relevant to that week’s module. These range from a food and hunger diary and nourishing meal ideas to food fears worksheets and diet myth busting resources.
Although this is a live 4 week course, you will have access to it forever! This allows you to go at your own pace if you prefer, and gives you the option of revisiting the course content at any time.
Support and accountability from us, Lily and Abbey, and access to a community of like-minded women via a private Making Friends With Food Facebook community.

Making Friends with Food
Course breakdown

Module 1
Build the nutrition foundations required for finding food freedom:
- Implement or maintain a regular eating pattern
- Increase awareness of eating behaviours
- Learn how to tune into your hunger and fullness cues

Module 2
Nourish yourself for both fullness and satisfaction:
- Learn to build a balanced meal
- Understand the importance of all macronutrients
- Implement dedicated eating environments

Module 3
Break free from restrictions and negative cycles:
- Understand and say goodbye to the binge-restrict cycle
- Increase awareness around food fears and rules and gain the skills to begin challenging these

Module 4
Turn new healthy behaviours into lasting habits:
- Learn how to practise mindful eating
- Set positive goals moving forward
- Decrease your preoccupation with food
