This gives you the time and opportunity to put in place the strategies from the weekly module content and complete the weekly homework and workbook activities. These have been developed to encourage self-reflection, increased awareness of your eating behaviours and to assist you in putting that modules learnings into practice. To give yourself the time to make positive and sustainable change, we recommend completing 1 module and the accompanying workbook activities each week.
