What's included?

These online modules will be made available to you upon enrolling in the course. We highly recommend that the nutrition education modules be completed in order over a minimum of 4 weeks. This gives you the time and opportunity to put in place the strategies from the weekly module content and complete the weekly homework and workbook activities. See below for the module content breakdown.

Specific workbook questions will be assigned to each module. These have been developed to encourage self-reflection, increased awareness of your eating behaviours and to assist you in putting that modules learnings into practice. To give yourself the time to make positive and sustainable change, we recommend completing 1 module and the accompanying workbook activities each week.

Exclusive Clean Kweens downloadable content relevant to that week’s module. These range from a food and hunger diary and nourishing meal ideas to food fears worksheets and diet myth busting resources.

You will have access to this course content for life! This allows you to go at your own pace and gives you the option of revisiting the course content at any time.
